The product is of high quality but this means it comes with a high price tag.
That being said it does an excellent job.
Both physically and aesthetically it is excellent.
The nearest competitor would be a $35 chain store special, which leaks due to water pressure and is significantly harder to clean.
The only reason I wasted money on the chain store versions was they were less than a 10th of the price.

I feel that the stainless and manufacturing was first class.
I believe that the float mechanism has let the overall product down.
It’s difficult to adjust with out removing all the 4 screws and the item that I received had the mechanism (float) cocked sideways which created an alignment issue for the full range of the float.

My cat loves it and tells me that not only does the litter tray smell better, but it is much more roomy than the old plastic one he was using. So 'paws up' for the tray. One little niggle is that the height of the sides is not quite up to par with the old plastic tray, so litter tends to be pushed over the sides.
