i was skeptical about it as an instagram ad but it did NOT disappoint! it kept my tattoo area numb pretty much the whole time of shading the color in my tattoo. It was about 4-5 hours worth. My artist was even impressed with how long it last! highly recommend!

I put it on and wrapped my arm in seran wrap. My arm felt like it got a shot from a dentist it stayed numb for 4 hours. My appointment got canceled but my arm was numb. I will let you know when I get it done if it works getting a tattoo.

Followed directions and it worked great, 1 tube rubbed in and 1 tube left topical with plastic wrap for about 2 hours. Didn’t even feel the angel side of 7 hour chest piece. After 3 hours I felt a little bit then rubbed in about half a tube all over and finished without a problem. Will order again and again !

Got this piece done in 2 hours and the only areas I felt anything was where I missed putting the cream. This stuff is amazing. I usually don't mind the pain from tattoos but I knew this was a bigger piece and I had to get in done in one session so I ordered this product. 10/10 recommend

Zero pain. Got the product out of curiosity. While getting my sleeve finished, the elbow ditch i knew was going to be rough. Used Painless Tattoo and felt only the pressure of the machine. It was like being colored on with a marker. Wont use it for every tattoo, but for sure will use it on the really rough spots.

Honestly U had my doubts but for $30 I thought any edge given for a chest piece may be worth it. When the artist started I didn’t even know he had begun. Literally did NOT feel a thing until he hit the collarbone area where I neglected to put it on better. How is this stuff not more popular or marketed to more people? It worked really well for smaller tattoos it does begin wearing off after the area is being worked and wiped and also u should make sure to leave it in the full 80 min also only clean area of tattoo ur working on and clean it off as u work down the tattoo cause it won’t wear off as fast if u wait to clean it off

Got 1/3 of my back tattoo shaded while using this cream and I hardly felt anything! This took about 3 hours, the last 30 minutes or so I could feel it start to wear off but it still worked great! Definitely will use again and highly reccommend.

The cream works exactly as promised! Lasted about 4 hours and when it started wearing off, there was only a little burning (probably from the repeated wiping with paper towel?) but definitely no pain! In fact, the tiny spot that I missed when applying was the only part of the tattoo I felt at all! Well worth every penny! My boyfriend and the guys at the shop he works bought a case and all the customers love it, too!! Buy this stuff, you won't be disappointed!!

It works!! Their instructions are dead on. I followed them too a T and it last exactly 3 hours. I didn’t feel a thing! After the 3 hours I slowly started to feel the sensation come back. You can see it’s a cover up and I have to go back for one more session to get it colored in, but I am not nervous at all, now that I know it will be completely painless. Awesome product!
