Here’s my honest review. I followed all the instructions. The numbing cream worked really well for the first 2-3 hours. Didn’t feel the tattoo at all for a while, then it slowly started to fade. About hour 3.5 of my 6 hour ribs/side session, each stroke was killing. Just did a 4 hrs color session on my Kraken. All the color was done today that u see. It worked great the first 3 hours didn't feel anything but pressure. The last hour he was going back adding highlights and I could completely feel any areas he had already been over. The uncolored sections were still numb at hour 5. The painless tattoo cream works wonders . Totally a painless experience getting a tattoo. However the $40.00 extra paid to receive the cream overnight was not successful at all. I received it four days later normal mail. Tried to call the company at painless tattoo and tell them I paid $40 for overnight shipping.
