I ordered the EG4 3000w inverter and two batteries. I received all parts in good condition. I have not put together yet. The only questionable issue was shipping. The carrier wasn't clear about delivery dates. The batteries came on two different days, when I was expecting them to be delivered together.(I was afraid one was lost.) In the end, I received everything and ALL IS GOOD.

Website said item was immediately available for shipping and after never receiving any communication I asked and was told there was a delay and when challenged they stopped communicating. I chose them because of the availability and this will be my last order after false information on their website.

At this present time I still have no received my Anker Solix or my 400w solar panel. This was absolutely not the fault of Renewable Outdoor. It was a third party fault, which ships to Puerto Rico. As far as Renewable Outdoor they were great, great price, great customer service. Aron was super great, helped me with all my needs. He even tried to contact the third party to see what was taking so long. Thanks Aron. Highly recommend Renewable Outdoor....

Inverter is great. I was slightly disappointed in the shipping time. It said it was in stock ready to ship, yet it took 3 weeks for it to arrive. Other than that it arrived undamaged and works great. Their customer service is great as well.

All in all everything went well with my purchase of the Power Station. My emails back and forth to Renewable Outdoors about a few questions I had went just fine, and were timely replied to with answers to my questions. The shipping speed was acceptable and so far the product has performed very well also. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the purchase process and the product. Oh and the cost was actually great!

The inverter arrived in good condition. I can’t use it because the solar panels I ordered with the inverter and battery have not arrived. I can’t locate them using any of the tracking information I’ve been given. Very disappointed.

The battery arrived in good condition. I was disappointed that I could not locate or track the delivery of this item, and I was fortunate to have been home to accept the delivery. Additionally, I am very dissatisfied that the two solar panels that were ordered have not arrived, nor can I track their location or delivery date. I can’t use the battery or inverter without the solar panels.

Mostly as advertised, but there were a few rough points: 1. Front brake rubbed. Instructions directed to adjust the front brake, but gave no details as to how it should be done. No mention of brake adjustment in the video. Finally solved the problem using online instructions for different bikes. 2. Throttle is basically on-off, and doesn't really modulate the power at all. The panels came in an odd way. One panel was in the shipping box only and the other panel came in the product box unlabeled . They were not connected in any way. Why is this , is it your normal way of shipping. The panels looked ok and were in the zipped case.

Same information I submitted for the Delta 2 max smart battery. The only minor issue so far is the outlets being in the back of the unit as well as the power cord. This is an inconvenience when the units are stacked and set in the operating position and trying to plug into the outlets.

I gave this unit 4 stars because it did not come with better operating instructions. Also, the charging cable should be 2.5 meters long rather than 1.5 meters. Charging the power station was easy, either by electrical outlet, or by my small Honda generator. Because I purchased these Delta Pro units for hurricane season, I have not had a chance to use them. I am confident that they will meet my needs.

I was expecting when the unit runs when the sun is out that it would take all the power from the solar panels but it's not true it still takes power from the grid why I have no idea but that's my experience I love the unit itself but it's not 100 percent off the solar panels when the sun's out. david Lamb
