The toilet arrived and the hatch would not stay open. Reached out to seller and they responded quickly with the email for Ogo. I emailed and had a response with two hours and replacement parts in a few days. Super good customer service for both seller and Ogo. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5, is the toilet paper doesn't get pulled down to mix in. It stays on top and means an earlier empty requirement. We thought it was our medium, but it did the same thing with the Ogo Coir Coir. No difference.

Works great! Installed it in my motorhome with 2 48v eg4 lls batteries. Live in the motorhome full-time. Have 1725 Watts of solar on the roof, haven't been hooked to shore power since the install.

The equipment is excellent, the only thing that has me extremely annoyed is the customer service. I have already written several emails and they have gone unanswered. I need a code that has to be supplied by the seller to use this inverter in split phase (with another inverter the same) and they have never replied.

Working great so far. Super easy to install, four screws through the base, wire it up, and vent it out and you are all set. It looks way neater than the nature's head and airhead models, and fits in a smaller space. That and the push button mixing vs hand mixing made it worth taking a risk on a newer brand with less reviews. Very quick service. Did a bit of research and ecoflow seemed to win out. Others had some good points but the ecoflow came out on top to me. I have run a small evaporator fan for about 3 1/2 hours on just the inverter and only used 10% power. Not sure but that seems pretty good to me. The people at renewable outdoors are easy to talk to. (They speak English as a first language). I am buying an extra 2 batteries to beef up my set up.

This is the second Delta 2 I've purchased from Renewable Outdoors. They are a wonderful company, and have the best prices. The Delta 2 is lightweight and has the new generation of battery. I have a 12-volt camping refrigerator and the Delta 2 kept it running for over 48 hours, still some juice left.

We haven't installed the Heat Pump yet but I can share that the price was competitive and the service was very good. Not like some other solar providers, they shipped the unit right away and we got it in good shape expeditiously. Great EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra product and service from renewableoutdoors.com! Very easy to do business with and quick, prompt response as I investigated this purchase. Both the Smart Home Panel 2 and the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra installed DIY with success. Only lesson learned is that if you intend to separate the battery connection box from the Smart Panel 2, make sure to run the Cat6 shielded communication at the same time as you pull the other wires! Saves time to do it right the first time...

Of course the DELTA Pro Ultra inverter has it's own set of firmware bugs, and EcoFlow support is useless, however, there's nothing wrong with the DELTA Pro Ultra batteries, and Renewable Outdoors has one of the best prices for these! They are drop-shipped in the usual manner from EcoFlow. Kudos for Renewable Outdoor for making things a no-brainer on the purchase end.

The inverter arrived 4 days after ordering. The EG4 app requires a customer code which you need to get from the manufacturer. Of course I was setting it up at 8:30 pm on a Saturday and someone on the Renewable Outdoors website responded to my chat question and helped me get setup! Excellent customer service and quick shipping. The product works well and the manual walks you through the setup fairly well.
