I'm not pleased with the fact that I've had to wait this long for my order. Not to mention the fact that I'm not being updated as to what's going on with my order. When is it being shipped? Who is the courier? I noticed that it is supposed to be shipped by UPS. But are they the sole courier or will USPS be picking it up?
