I've been using this Super Greens powder for around a year now. While I don't think there was a 'wow' moment when I thought I felt any huge benefits, I can say that as a vegetarian my blood tests have all come back with excellent results. Have been using the Chlorella mainly due to my elevated Lead-Level. The elevated Lead Level is due to my work.
It helps to lower the Blood Lead Level. Stopped using it for a short period and my Levels went back up. Then bought a different brand because it was on special. This brand did nothing to lower the level. Only once I went back to the Biogenesis Chlorella did my levels come back down again.
So will be sticking with the Biogenesis Chlorella going forward.

I love BioGenesis Chlorella.I take it at night before I go to bed. I did find that once I go to sleep, it makes me go into a really deep sleep and even if I go to the toilet, I fall back to sleep very easily. It was not so before I took Chlorella.
