I recently got these just in time to break them in to pair with Dame's own signature shoe for hooping. They pair great and while I haven't needed the arch support (still getting used to it), it definitely provides excellent support to my ankles and makes running in the shoe itself that much more comfortable. I will definitely use the 15% coupon from this review to buy another pair.

Bought these All Day Insoles for work and maaaaaaaan, I wish I would’ve gotten these sooooooo long ago because it’s weird that I’m excited to put my shoes on for work haha nevertheless, the insoles are so plush and don’t build up heat and aren’t polish where you lose balance and stability, if you’re thinking about it, think no further. Do yourself a favor and buy a pair!!!

I've struggled with plantar fasciitus for 15 years. I've used everything from high priced custom orthotics to cheapies from discount stores. I move inserts from shoe to shoe and these Moves are perfect. Easy to slide in and out of boots as well as my runners. I tend to buy my boots a half size larger because I also have bunions. I believe Move has a convert. Great support at a very fair price (considering how well made).
