Looking for a good load for my two 9MM Sub Compacts. The Federal Personal Defense load with 150 grain HP at 900 FPS meets the bill. I do believe in a heavy bullet at slow speed,ie; the 45 Auto with 230 grains at 850-900 fps is a proven winner! With this 9mm load, recoil in the small autos will be softer than most other, faster loads....and still "seal the deal". Joe in Carolina
