It is an excellent product. I live in Central Florida and have my winter herbs planted in it currently. My local garden center advisor told me that even if we are affected by a hurricane, as long as the planter is full of soil, it will stay in its forever home. I have 2 more planters of the same size to plant vegetables coming in January 2025.

Love the way they look and they drain really well. Strawberries, arugula, spinach, lettuce, and radishes all seem happy in them! The assembly requires some patience and some drill holes were trickier than others to align. A second set of hands was helpful for those. All the tools necessary are included. If you have a ratchet it helps the process go a little more quickly.

Thanks for the suggestion to include the snap-on feet for the planter legs. They stabilize the legs, as well as give the planter a more complete appearance. They were easy to attach and fit perfectly - looks great!

This is a Christmas gift for my 94 year old father. He has not been able to get in his garden after suffering a fractured hip. Now he is able to get his fingers in the dirt safely! I bought 2 planters to use as a screen across my driveway. The Cedar Planters team was very responsive to every question I had. One of the sides was damaged during shipping so they sent me new parts within days of my email. Since I need to move my planter boxes once in a while, I installed 3”caster wheels. This might be an option Cedar Planters should offer in the future.

The planter arrived in amazing time. I am a 76 year old female and I put it together EASILY by myself. The directions were great. I filled it with 4 bags of 1/2 mulch soil and 1/2 Ocean soil. I planted basil, Cilantro, parsley and re-planted thyme. I threw in a couple of marigolds for good luck. Everything took off. I'm loving everything about this planter and thinking about getting another one!

We just put in soil & some plants today. We will adding a few more plants. The planter is beautiful, very sturdy & it smells great! It took a while to put it together but my husband had no difficulty. I’m very happy with this planter!! It does take a month or so before it is shipped, but we knew that in advance. The seller was great at keeping us updated.

Easy to assemble. I stained everything first before assembly. I used threadlock on all the bolts, which may have been overmuch, but I wanted to be sure. I did some other modifications that I wish I could share but I put the project away for the winter. I would readily buy another if I need another planter. The final project came out great.

I bought this for my wife as a gift. She loves it. I assembled it in less than an hour. It went together easily, and no extra holes had to be drilled. It seems very sturdy too. I like that the assembly tool came with it.

Easy to put together,well built, wirh 3/4 inch cedar boards They also give you extra hardware and a wrench to tighten the nuts and a nice vinyl pouch to store the extra stuff in. Also comes with a thick sheet of fabric for weed block I think it is a Really nice planter for the price.

Downsizing from a large garden area, your cedar planters were the perfect solution for my condo’s patio garden. I planted marigolds in the perimeters and all other plants (peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, onions) are doing well. I love the quality, the height, ease of assembly and the sizes. The 48” will be filled soon for a fall/winter garden. 🪴

There is garlic planted under the winter cover. This is on a balcony 3 stories up. The assembly was easy because it is so precisely made. Even the liner is tailored like a box to fit perfectly. I also bought the frame & cover for early spring thru late fall.

Assembling it was a breeze. Haley's video was immensely helpful, and the design and manufacture made it a no-sweat experience. All of the holes line up perfectly! Who ever heard of that. It received its baptism by fire (actually, water) when we had 10 days of steady rain shortly after we put it all together. It still llooks great.

Best raised garden beds! I have 4 (2 18x36 & 2 18x48) and as you can see from the photos, two were set upon early spring & two were purchased in the fall to be set up next year, sitting in my garage not yet unboxed. They fit so well, look beautiful on my patio without taking up a lot of room & deep enough for peppers and tomatoes. No rabbit issues either like most of my neighbors had. These planters are one of a kind, so easy to assemble and well worth it. Love them!

Can't wait for my vegetables to grow what a great deal it was very convenient to have something like this in my backyard to have to grow organic vegetables 🥗 and fruits 🍉 thank you for such a good deal! I was planning on building it from scratch which was going to cost me a lot of money 💰 but having it ready was very easy to assemble I highly recommend it!

We needed to help block the view of a major construction project next-door, and so purchased three of your cedar planter boxes, into which we will plant California lilac hedges. The boxes are beautifully crafted, easy to put together, and when the plants grow, will do the trick to restore our privacy. A few years ago, we had purchased cheaper wood boxes, but they ended up disintegrating. We feel confident that these boxes will last longer!

Wanted to write a review and say that I do love this planter. I purchased the 18" by 48" raised bed. The packaging was solid and everything well protected. I used a sanding block to remove some minor rough spots but the wood was all in great shape and did not need much. Very easy to assemble - video instructions were very clear and helpful. Very sturdy and now ready for next year's spring. We will fill it with plants on our new second floor deck. Also, good service. When we discovered one of the panels was defective and reported it, we received immediate response and a new piece in the mail that week. Good to know they stand by the quality of their product.

The platform feet are a great addition. In our case, the feet protect our brick pavers from scrapes. Additionally, the feet also make it possible to slide the planter for short distances. We've had a terrific experience with all of Cedar Planter products.
