I have used this starter to make snacks so far and they have turned out amazing! We have made Gluten free pretzels (made several times now and enjoyed by the whole family both those who enjoy gluten and those who cannot) and Gluten free cinnamon rolls. Would 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed making our first package of rustic scoop pizza dough. A bit of a learning curve learning to work with GF dough but getting it down. Used egg substitute as have a family member with egg allergy and it worked great. Looking forward to creating our next flatbread!

The new Rustic Scoop recipe for the Sandwich Bread Mix is amazing! The dough rose very quickly and turned out a beautiful fluffy full-sized sandwich loaf. As delicious as ever but now regular sandwich bread size instead of having to make everyone 2 sandwiches. AWESOME!!!

We really enjoyed this pancake mix and found it to be very versatile. My daughters love banana bread but one of them is newly wheat free and egg yolk free. So, I used the pancake mix to make banana bread and it turned out so good! Just had to add a few things and it was amazing. And it didn’t feel “gluten free” for my wheat eaters!

I made two pizzas with this mix tonight. The Margherita pizza, I made a little thicker crust. It was great! Our favorite was the Fresh Fig and Watercress pizza. I made that crust a little thinner so it was crispy. It was really easy and so delicious! I'm looking forward to trying the breadsticks with this mix. Having to eat gluten free, life just got easier. Thank you!

Just the way I wanted! I like a crunchy, flat bread type crust. I am a senior living alone so making 9 x 6 inch thin pizza crust was a perfect solution to enjoying pizza with a few leftovers slices. Freezing the remaining par bake crusts worked well. Liz V.

Yum, yum, yum! I tried these at the Gluten-free expo a few months ago and gladly bought two mixes. Today was the day to try these out and I am in heaven! I used mostly vegan stick butter with a little coconut oil, a little coconut extract in addition to the vanilla, Hu dark chocolate baking gems (dairy-free), and cacao nibs. They did spread a bit but still have plenty of height. I will definitely buy more in the future!

These rolls exceeded my expectations! I just took out a couple rolls from the freezer in the morning and let them thaw. I was pleased with how soft they were and not dense like a lot of gluten free breads are. I will be ordering again. The only problem is that I ate every single one of them by myself :-)

It was easy to make. They are fluffy and not grainy. I liked that the waffles aren’t over sweet. A little hard knowing if you can just use a whole egg- couldn’t find instructions. Only instructions for egg whites. I used 2 whole eggs and it seemed fine. One challenge for our family of 9 to go GF is the cost. Delicious! The thing I miss most having Celiac is crusty bread! The crusty rolls were so delicious and didn't have the GF mealy texture. They say that they are best day after, but I had to try them day of. They are more moist day of, but delicious. I love them day of and day after. I am so happy to have found this!

I don't know why there aren't more reviews for this - I bought more bags. Today I mixed with half vegan butter and half hazelnut butter, vanilla and hazelnut extracts, toasted pecans, toasted coconut, and diced Medjool dates. Absolute heaven. I always freeze these cookies and pull out 1-2 at a time.
