First time using it, you have to use alkaline water in order to get that beautiful blue! I used distilled water and it didn’t show the color, it still good, just not blue, the flavor is smooth, we don’t need sweetener

I heard about Moringa from a friend. I ended up ordered these because they came from a specialized herb shop, and not just Amazon. They are fresh and seem to work in giving me some natural energy. I’ve only tried them a few times. They’re a bit bitter, so I chew them up, just enough so they’re loosen them up, hopefully it helps in absorption, and swallow them with water, not tasting them too much.
