So glad I decided to try Qetoe. I love pasta, but not the carbs. I tried these out for the first time last week and was really impressed. My only suggestions would be to rinse the penne before, and possibly during, the cooking process as the water can get quite 'gummy' with the residual starch? Do keep a close eye on it also as it cooks quite fast and will lose its shape if you overcook. I did this the first time, but made the small adjustments mentioned above and have not had any issues since....
