I'm on a low carb diet and was missing having pasta and rice. All the rice and paste in the supermarket has way too much carbs in them. The texture of the rice is like having a smooth creamy risotto. So I've now order the noodles to give them a try as I miss having noodles also.

The taste is realy good but the texture is a bit tough even though I cooked the lasagna for more then an hour. But I'll definitely still be buying it.

I have tried the chicken noodles and found them a little bland. The natural ones are great when combined with a sauce and protein. I love the consistency as they don't go stoggy. I am looking forward to trying the beef flavoured noodles.

This pasta has an el dente texture when cooked. Absolutely love the fettuccine. Repeat ordering. Rice is meh. Nothing compares to original grain rice.

The qetoe rice is really a good sub for the normal rice. Hopefully you can create more that is below 10g of carbs per serve.

The first time I cooked it I didn’t salt the water and it was a bit bland. The second time I followed your directions and did salt the water and it was a lot tastier. It is different from wheat pasta but as a type 1 diabetic it certainly lets me enjoy a pasta dish again.
