It's fantastic, easy for calorie counting. If you leave the rice a little longer it will go like sticky rice,if doing sushi. I find the products amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised at the taste . They look exactly like spaghetti and very close to the taste as well . I made a cheesy spaghetti and spaghetti bolognaise too . Would recommend this product .
