I have low porosity hair. After using a clarifying shampoo, I use this butta shampoo. It really lives up to its claim, "A conditioner may not be necessary after this! Your hair will feel Ahhhmazingly soft, conditioned and rejuvenized." I love this one along with the Cocoa-Rhassoul Butta Shampoo and Shea-Yurvedic Butta Shampoo. Occasionally, I would mix all three butta shampoos together. The concoction is a chef's kiss. 💋

I love this for my sons curls. We use the detangling spray and Leave in Conditioner with a little oil to lock in the moisture. His hair has grown so much and his curls are very defined. I intend on purchasing more. We just ran out.

i actually love the shampoo to gro! it is not a butter shampoo but it is liquid. i did find it hard to use since its in a 32 oz bottle but if you buy a nozzle applicator bottle it is so much easier. i do feel like it is kind of clarifying but thats okay since i know it gets all the producy build up out. following up with any of the deep conditioners instantly adds that mositure back in.

This braid gel is non flaking, not tacky or sticky, smells amazing and very pliable. A little goes along way. Lays edges down perfectly. Didn’t cause scalp itchiness. For sure a keeper and I don’t generally used these types of products. It’s a must have.

This is my go to now that braid season is in full effect. It refreshen my scalp and cuts back on the itching and flaking. I oil my scalp first then spray this on last. It locks in the moisture and sooths my scalp. I love it.

If you’re looking for consistent hold and longevity, I recommend giving this gel a try. I have a very demanding schedule and the wash and go is the style that works best. I’ve been able to maintain this style for 14 days while still receiving compliments. Although I prefer to wash my hair weekly, it feels good to know this gel can give me more days if needed.

Don't sleep on this non-greasy product! This underrated product is magical on an adult's hair, too. It leaves my hair moisturized and ridiculously soft (detangling is a breeze). I can't stop touching my hair in disbelief. Honestly, my low porosity type 4 hair loves products containing mango butter (the secret ingredient). This product definitely needs to be in a bigger container even though a little goes a long way for me.
