I didn't mind opening the lid to drink from the bottle. My attitude was no need to spend more money for a straw. Wrong stance! Once I received the Glam straw I was hooked. So necessary, especially in the car. Admittedly, I love them!

The lid that came with the bottle has a small drinking hole that has nothing as a stopper. So I bought a lid that does. Irritating, but it works so well I stopped complaining to others almost immediately.
