The 1280DBs pairs nicely with the T5. The voices in my shows are crisp and the bass is nice and heavy. Clear highs and booming lows are the ideal, I think. The 1280s are decent on their own for computer speakers. The audio is crisp with the 1280s alone and the bass is subtle by very noticeable when up close. But for a PC based home theater set up, the T5 is essential.

Loving my new Edifier bookshelf speakers! I had a bit of trouble connecting it to my turntable at first before realizing that I needed to use the included remote to change the input from Line 1/Line 2/Bluetooth, etc. Otherwise, it works and sounds terrific!

I used these both for music and TV, and they sounded great for both.
It took a little while to get used to the speaker volume being separate from the phone/computer volume, unlike my previous Bluetooth speaker, but I came to like that better.

I am a beginner audiophile and this pair is the first step in my journey. I have not heard these highs and lows in this size before.
The audio delay on the Bluetooth input seems better than any of the Bluetooth devices I've owned before. I used to manually adjust the audio delay every time I plug in headphones.
I specifically got the sub out option because I am planning for adding a sub later on.
This is just my first impression, more testing to do of course, but as of now - this is a great pair...

Speakers arrived without problem. Setup was very easy and it was easy to set them to use Bluetooth interface on my MacBook. The sound from the speakers is very good. Music sounds great from the speakers. So I'm happy and would recommend these to anyone looking for a small profile set of speakers with good quality sound.

The record player has an internal phono stage that needed to be switched on. Once I did that, mid song, the speakers came alive! Excellent sound and was a solid upgrade from my Bluetooth speakers. I am very happy with the purchase! Very clear sound with decent base but the clarity is what is most pleasing. Full Analog is the way to go.

So far so good! I don't really notice a difference in adjusting the bass but this is my first speaker set up so maybe it's a more subtle experience. Has sounded great in all three modes as well.
I'm using a USB connection to my PC for best results. My only major complaint is I wish there was a way to hit the main power switch without having to crawl under my desk each time.

These speakers have lived up to my expectations so far (I've only had them set-up for a few hours). Set-up was easy enough (though written instructions instead of just pictures that one has to decipher would have made set-up a bit more easy for me). I took me a minute to figure out I needed to turn the bluetooth button on and another minute to figure out that in order to hear my tv through the speakers I needed to turn bluetooth off.
