Works well as a computer sound system but seems that the sub-woofer does not deliver the bass I was hoping for when playing music from internet. Perhaps I need to use an external amplifier to get the full bass spectrum?

I am not an audiophile so this will be a pretty basic review. It is an upgrade for me from some basic Logitech speakers. I use this with the USB C Apple headphone DAC/dongle into the computer USB-C port which seems to be the recommended budget thing to do.

This is really a minimal USB speaker system that sounds great for its size (and lack of subwoofer). Just one cord attaches to the PC, providing both power and audio. Would be nice if it could draw additional power from a USB Type C connector (and some PC BIOS also allow you to provide additional power through the Type A connector). Also, these are a bit tall, which means that the top is blocked by my monitors.

These headphones look and feel awesome. I love the design of these, they are fairly comfortable. I love that they are Bluetooth and can use a 3.5mm Jack. I wish that the leds lit up while wired though. The sound is decent, but not as good as other headphones in this price range—but still solid. Overall, these are great. Plus the customer service is great. Totes recommend these.

Great sound in a small package that work perfectly as desk top computer speakers. No blue tooth but not needed for my application. Would have liked grill covers .l appreciate the look of no covers but not a fan of accidental speaker driver damage, better safe than sorry.

Speakers sound great BUT treble and bass adjustment knobs on back of speaker do nothing. So on some classical string pieces, the speakers are “squeaky.” A good looking device, remote works well. I wish there was an equalizer or an app with an equalizer.

I assumed this was an _Extension_ cable and not the same; male-to-male cable.
Since this was exactly the cable I already had, it too would be too short.
I ordered a female-to-female 5pin DIN adapter and joined my current and new cable together.
The speakers work fine.
It might be helpful to specifiy that the cable shipped cannot be used as an extenion to the extension cable!
Or, ship it with an included adapter?

After purchasing S350DB and S2000MKIII, I was excited to purchase the R1280DBs. However, the R1280DBs really underwhelms in terms of power, clarity, and sound on the low end bass, mid range, and treble. I should have spent an extra $200 and actually received a product comparable in quality to the other models I previously bought from Edifier. I don’t recommend this product.

These are high quality speakers and very heavy. I love the look and the remote.
The audio is great and very load.
My only gripe is sometimes the music listen too hard rock/metal can sound murky and Incant figure out what settings to use on the speakers, the pc and the app playing the music. Plus driver makes like Realtek have audio apps all with Equalizers to go with the Bass and treble knobs on the back of the speakers.
