Tha packaging is very nice and ang the unit is really a brand new. Only that the hertz is just 50 and here in P. I. is 60 hertz. It is supposedly 50/60 hertz.

At first I thought it was too difficult to operate, tried to read the manual and followed all the directions on how to use. when it was delivered and we set up, i tried to preheat at 200 degrees for a few minutes only...I tried to cook a small size chicken..I was surprised in 20 minutes it was already cooked..but I was in doubt at first tried to cut the chicken to check if it was really cooked..it was a very good chicken dinner for the five of us. We tried pork belly and beef.. it was so good....
