The height on the tripod is ideal. What I film I need the camera at least 6 feet high and this thing does the trick! The light reduces shadows in the videos as well. Over all I ready dig this set up.

This lamp can adjust the light, the video taken is very clear, the lamp bracket can also be adjusted at will, the only minor drawback is that the small tripod is a bit weak, the material of the bracket is comfortable to the touch and good tho, I like this lamp. It is convenient to carry.
