Communication is a 5-star, the product itself is a 5-star, I emailed company asking if can make size change and they emailed back saying that it wouldn't be a problem since it hadn't been processed at that time, when I received the package, it was the wrong size according to email communication.

Although it took almost a month to get to me, I Do Love the design :). The size Large sweatshirt fits perfectly, but a Medium tank would have been better. So obviously the colors on these are beautiful. I wear a 26/28 and purchased the 5x. (I would say I’m proportionally big everywhere, not just one area). The material isn’t normal sweatshirt material. It’s thinner, and the outside has a ‘silky’ feel while the inside is soft fleece. I’m not sure how I feel about the material yet, first day wearing it (yay 60 degrees!) the arms are very long, but seem to stay up fine with the banding at the wrist. Okay, I have to give my review because I was worried this was a scam.
Let.me tell you it is not, it's a legit website and the product does come!
It did take about 21 days from the time I ordered to the time I received it.
Of course a lot of cities are having post office shortages.
I like my sweatshirts big so I ordered a 5x (i was worried about size)and it fits like a 5x. No worries nothing a dryer can't fix.
