I love the fact that it'sfor black girls/women we definitely need to get our vitamin intake to great level. Soon as I got them I took 2 and I broke out in hives not saying that this product not great. I guess it's something in their that I'm allergic to. I'll find that myself. These BGV B12 vitamins taste too good to be good for you, but they are! I'm surprised I remember to take them daily... And personally, I've found that pairing the BGV B12 vitamins with the BGV D3 vitamins, I will never need an appetite suppressant because food is the furthest thing from my mind. I will be purchasing another round of D3 vitamins soon - I'm almost out.
