I have been taking these for about three weeks. I stopping my other multivitamin from another brand for women's energy and metabolism completely because I wanted to see if these provided the same effect. THEY DID and I feel more energetic. The attached picture was taken after working all day and stuck in traffic for over an hour. When I got home, I wasn't stressed and had the energy to jump rope for about 7 minutes and decided to walk.
