These are my favorite flavor in the regimen, yummy raspberry. They also make me feel amazing. I had a short lapse from when I finished my last bottle until I got my order in( I probably should put these on auto ship). Once they came in and I started taking them again, my daughter looked at me and said, “you’re back on those black girl vitamins again aren’t you?” My energy was through the roof. These make such a difference in my daily energy levels and focus.

Ever since I start taking black girl vitamins my energy and mood has improve. I received the once a day, D3 n the hair skin n nail vitamins. I wasn’t able to take the hair skin n nail vitamins due to it being passion fruit but the other two I love them. Hopefully there’s another flavor coming out for the hair skin n nail vitamins.
