The worst experience I have had. Waited NINE (9) days before I got the order Big Liars! The company kept blaming the courier but they hadn't even created a shipping label until I emailed them regarding the delay. Once I requested a refund all of a sudden a shipping label was created that is after I cancelled the order and requested a refund next day package was shipped!

the USB cables are wrong. one end is regular USB plug, the other is a mini. Both the wall plug and the purifier have regular USB ports. The help line is set up incorrectly, so not helpful.
