As of today I have not received this product….very disappointing. Estimated arrival time was 11/14/23. Still shows on the way in tracking. After spending hours on the phone was told by USPS representative that they don’t know where it is?….isnt that special. Metalplex say they’ll ship another one after this week. Not confident they’ll do anything. Non-existent customer service. Was told by someone from their company “ all good things come to those who wait”.
