Order took 2 weeks to arrive. Site states 2-3 days. Piece arrived with defects. See picture. Last building is bent/crooked. Sent email 4 days ago and have not received a reply. This was a gift and extremely disappointed and embarrassed. I was going to order two more cities after I received this one if I was happy with product. Won't be placing another order, especially if I do not get a response.
