This is a scam dont buy it! I made an order in january and never got it. It's actually impossible to get in contact with anyone for support on your order. The emails on the website dont work they dont get sent. The chat doesnt work either and i did call the number and all it says is to leave a message. It's literally a scam they take your money and never send the product. Its been 2 months plus since my order which has been more than enough time. Do not waste your money this is a scam.

The concept is good, the color is horrible. It's like a greenish grey color and doesn't look natural at all. My eyebrows are thinning and are medium brown. I can't use this because it's such a strange not brown color.
