The advertisement showed a nice bold name but ours is very light and faint. I had to point it out to someone we were showing it to, I think it should stand out much more. Potential improvement.

My only concern is that it took 3-4 weeks to get the maps! I expected to get them much earlier, and was eventually concerned they would not arrive for Christmas. I'd suggest: a) emails with arrival dates expected - updated repeatedly!! and b) better timing between when you say you sent the product(s) to the delivery company and when they actually start the delivery process. My maps were in that "in between" status for over a week (or two!)! What happened?
