My wife and I are 69 and 79 years old and typically use one or two half-tablets per day. We have found that cutting the tablets in half and using one-half tablet dosage works best for us. I first started using Up Your Gas in 1994 when I was running marathons. This product has been very helpful through the years, particularly when I was required to work an extended schedule. I would recommend it to everyone.

Up your gas is the natural way to energize. No diuretic affect as with tea and coffee. For me it’s like a cup of coffee after a meal to pick me up. It works so well, don”t take it on an empty stomach or you’ll get the jitters. Love that it has ginkgo biloba in it because it helps with circulation and brain function. It’s the best energy pill on the market and I’m so glad I discovered it over 20 years ago.!

Excellent product, I have been using it since the 90's, way back when the muahuang was in it. Sure miss that extra herb. I have tried many other energy supplements and this is the only one that gives me that mental perk. I take a half tablet dosage, of which might equal two tablets throughout the day, depending on my needed boost.

I discovered this product in a clothing catalog many years ago. It has carried me through a lot of crunches. What I like about it is it's transparency of use. You don't know that it's been working for 6 hours till realize that you should have been tired long ago. Never have had a bad experience with it. Also I've never had a problem of going to sleep after having taken it. It really works but don't overuse it, just when you really need it and you'll find it very useful.

No jitters and it does the job miraculously well. However, after a few days of use, you get a bit edgy, so guage and pull back. I wouldn't use it as a daily thing but when ya need it, it is so much better than those drinks with all the poisons and too much caffeine.

Good energy stuff it gets me moving in the mornings and picks me up if I'm in a slump. I can't think of anything I don't like about it as long as I only take one and at least 3 hours apart from the previous one. If I'm reasonably rested from the night before it works better than anything else I've ever tried to help me with my job and other tasks outside of my job that requires energy.

I've used UYG for years and it really is great for giving you that extra energy boost you need. But what the other reviewer said is absolutely correct: Don't take it after 2 pm or you won't be able to sleep! It's best to take in the am. BTW, House of David has THE best price around (pretty much 2 for 1) AND they have great service too. I've bought UYG only from them several times now and will continue to do so.
