I originally ordered these in the wrong size and the exchange process was super easy. Then when they arrived for a second time sadly they were stolen from my house. I emailed asking if they could help in anyway and the company sent me another pair which I really appreciate! The shoes themself are super cute and true to size, only slightly annoying thing is their little pinky toe sticks out between the braids and they’re super easy for toddlers to rip off.

Super cute, nice material but the back is weird. The shoulder straps are unattached long ties and there’s a loop at the back in the middle. For an older child you could easily loop the straps through and tie in a bow but for a baby that spends all day on their back it is not practical. I looped them through and then tied in front around her waist but they weren’t quite long enough. Will be altering to put buttons on the back to attach the straps to!
