Love the color! Looks bright and cheery like the photo. I was hesitant to order a 12 oz because it sounded small but it's just like a normal coffee cup. I don't find the sleeve necessary because the cup doesn't not get hot to the touch and I wish the coffee Stayed hotter but the lid doesn't. But I still really enjoy the cup!

The drinking hole in the top is small, but works fine. the silicone top is comfortable to sip a hot drink through and the sleeve is a good insulator. We would like to see more colors in the 16oz size.

Ceramic cup is of excellent quality, and I appreciate the silicone heat sleeve and lid. What would be helpful is to give the buyer an option to choose the black lid and sleeve instead of the prepackaged opaque ones. My lipstick will end up staining the lid at its opening over time; I had asked if it could be swapped out via a note during purchase but I didn’t get a response if this was something that could be done.

My only point of criticism is that it’s much shorter than I like or than it appears in ad photos, it feels small - it still holds 12 oz like my daily use mugs, but I’d prefer a taller cup.
