It's convenient to make, just add hot water. It's really low sodium so it's good for people concerned about sodium levels I added a bit of soya to enhance the taste. Rice is kind of like rice puffs.

Have bought this for my son twice for the Jumbo size. The taste of the soup has subtle taste of sweetness with peanut flavour (just a bit). So my son still can accept it as he doesn't like original peanut soup. So far, haven't see great improvement in height though.

Sneezing and nose irritation stop after drinking the soup. It lasts for a few days before the sneezing and nose irritation come back again and need to drink the soup. At least, the soup effect lasts for a few days. This is better than taking western medicine. THANKS !
