I love the hat but it was shipped in a soft bag, so the hat is bent up and the top part of the hat Has been flatten. I ve been working with it to regain its shape but there are lines in the front part where it was smashed by shipping. Hats need to be shipped in a box so I will use it for a work hat because of the shape of the hat.
