Really happy with our rug. We were nervous about getting such a big one but it's perfect for our room. It really adds warmth to what was just an expanse of wooden floors. We've had lots of compliments and the dog loves rolling around on it too!

I contacted the customer service team at Rug love and they were so prompt and so helpful! The got back to me within a few hours and arranged for another slip mat to be sent to me. Lovely rug which lies nice and flat without curling up at the edges. Service is superb, with first class communication and the rug arrived the next day. I absolutely LOVE my new rug!!! After weeks of searching and deliberating I went back to my first choice and am so pleased I did. This rug has a funky modern pattern and is super-soft under foot. It’s really well made and is such good value for money. I went for the smallest size in the end due to size/shape of room and position of door. I wondered if going small would lose the effect of the design but it hasn’t. Would suit any room. 100% recommend 😃

Well, my wife liked it , I didn't mind it and our friends (who saw the picture on the website) secretly didn't like it. Delivery was good and on time . As it is not a symmetrical pattern, we had to lay it down twice to get the best look. The new position, I started to like it, wife loved it , and friends ... also loved it. Can't imagine a more suitable one now. In different lighting conditions , it glows in parts . Really excellent.
