I didn't want to go through the stripping process, so I emailed the company asking if it was okay to exchange the hair for a lighter color. Absolutely love this hair! Customer service is top notch and I followed all the info they gave me about maintaining my hair and it's been amazing. I had it installed as a sew-in, and it has not tangled or shed much(it sheds a few strands of hair from time to time). So I actually love this hair. So far no shedding but I’ve only had it in about 2 weeks. It straightens beautifully, has a beautiful wave pattern when braided up and taken out- but it curls just ok. I was skeptical initially. I have ordered a lot of hair online and bought in person as well. Often times there is a coating and once you wash it, the hair will become frizzy and show all the split ends. Yall. Not with this hair.
