I ordered this as a Christmas gift, so I haven't tried them myself. They took over a month to get here, so have not given them to my friends yet. But they look beautiful and I hope they like them. I was a bit disappointed that I bought them for full price and then saw they were discounted by over 50%, but that seems to happen with most products.

The person I got the bowl for as a birthday present enjoyed it immensely. However, no where did it say it was dishwasher safe or not. So, silly me I texted you and Joyce responded. After almost two weeks of communicating back and forth, I have yet to receive a yay or nay so we'll just wash it by hand. I apologize for asking such a difficult question.

Love the cup, it's well made, has some nice weight to it. Fits my hand well. So far it's the only order I've gotten that's not had issues. Including the replacement item which was worse than the item it was replacing. Their QC needs a lot of attention. I didn't even report the last issue. They took forever to replace the first one so I'll live with the defective one over the replacement piece.

I hoped the Japanese chopsticks would be beautiful and they are everything and more. One set is my Christmas gift 2021 from my Mother and I have purchased a set for a dear friend. Thank you, I am thrilled.

It was a gift. I was there when he opened it and he really seemed to like it. I don't know any more than that. It was a good purchase for Christmas.

Ordering was easy. Shipping took a bit of time but it was from over seas so it make sense. The quality of the product itself was amazing. I wish the carrying case had the same quality craftsmanship as the chop sticks themselves. Great product. Glad I ordered two sets.

Came packed in a really nice little boxes to keep them in. And also some little timber fish to place the sticks on when you’re not using them. Super happy with the purchase. Awesome gift idea.

Excellent sets of chopsticks in their beautiful wallnut case. I bought three of these for my whole family and we now share the delight of elegance and convenience! I warmly recommand them!

I have yet to receive this lamp in California as I figured it would take some time (its been exactly a month since I ordered it on August 5th). I do know that I will love it and have the perfect place pick out in my home for it. Can't wait to get it and set ut up. Will update once it arrives with a photo.

This was a gift for a good Freind so I haven’t actually seen it! She did say it was unique and very nice looking! So I’m guessing it was a hit!🇺🇸🇺🇸👍

I would like to say that working with this company has been one of the most pleasant experiences. Due to circumstances wholly created by me, they have constantly worked with me to solve the issue. I will be for sure a repeat customer in the near future.

I ordered 2 sets of Chop Sticks one black and one brown we love asian food and I wanted to have a nice set of chop sticks for my house. We eat asian food all the time in my house. These chop sticks not only look amazing, they feel great in your hand as well. they male holdi g them easy to use and work with and fit your hand perfectly without cramping your hand while holding them. I would buy more sets of these chop sticks again.

The natural flatware set is very lovely it is obvious they are made with care. The utensils are rather large, a good size bI should have checked if it was available in kids size because I have a small mouth and am more comfortable using smaller ones. I will use them anyway.

Had a minor issue with the initial delivery, but customer service graciouly replaced the order. I found the shipping to be a little slow, but face it - Prime has spoiled us all. It wasn't anything extended. Beautiful sticks with a superb case. Very happy now!

I ordered two of these chopstick cases with chopsticks. They are beautiful, the craftsmanship is outstanding. It takes a while to reach California from Japan, but I highly recommend this product

The chopstick set is absolutely lovely. It was a birthday gift and my friend has been enjoying it very much. The packing itself was very sweet, and the shipping was quick, especially considering how far the chopstick set was coming from.

These are beautiful! The wood has a particularly beautiful smell, too. It's nice to have your everday chopsticks be so aesthetically appealing :)

The chopsticks are good but the box is not so much. The slide top does not fit as well when you close it. There's a slight space between the top and the bottom.
