Having 1 or 2 Kettlebells is handy. Once you know how
to work with them safely, I found that you can get a challenging
workout and get your heart rate up as well. The uniform shape
is great also when you have Kettlebells of different weight.

The dumbbells were as described and the marked weights are accurate. Too soon to tell, but the durability looks solid, for years to lifting to come. Make sure to give them a good wipe to get all the oil off. Delivery was twice as long as expected, but that's not GLG's fault. Overall, I would recommend them.
