I have a friend Pat lent from Florida that Ordered a mask for her horse, and told me how great she loved it, and her Horse has Kept it on, So I ordered one to try with Ears, and So far he has Kept it on, and is a Good fit. Except the EARS are really big and Long, which I Don't like, he looks like a mule, I am going to call and see if that is the way they all come... other than that I love it, and he is a Appy and needs the Protection from the Florida Sun

I recommend the Recovery Visor for horses having sensitive eyes. I used mine to aid in the recovery from a corneal abrasion with a minor infection. Our dog would get yeast infections in his ear with the regular cones. After we bought the Nova Guard his ear infection did not come back as his ears can breathe now. I highly recommend this product. The customer service was excellent. I had ordered the wrong size but sent a pic of our dog and someone from customer service reached out to me and told me the correct size I should have.

Love how these fit but I recommend measure all the way around the jaw as Well because all our horses measure cob size but with the big jaws the rest don’t fit a cob size. Otherwise good quality

Purchased this for my horse who just had surgery on her eye. I really do like this product. I have seen her roll and scratch with this on her face and it never moved or collapse. Fantastic customer service! Very helpful and fast email responses. I was in desperate need of a better design of e collar for my Doberman who has a long snout and thin neck. The Novaguard provided a custom fit that still allows his ears to be exposed. The thinner cone made for a lot less crashes into legs or walls too. I highly recommend this product !

Stanley is an expert at rolling right out of his masks. You can see from the mud that he tried, but it stayed on. Stanley has uveitis, cataracts, and a cyst so it's really important he has reliable eye protection!

I sent this pic of my two senior mares that both have advanced uveitis. I sent this particular photo to show that, even when rolling in mud, the masks stay on! I’m sure a photo of two clean horses and masks would be more appealing, (lol) but I felt this showed how well they hold up and stay on! This visor/eye protector has been a blessing. No dog likes the cone! This has been easy for her to accept. I started putting it on her for a few minutes every day prior to eye surgery. By the time she needed it, she was accustomed to it. It has protected her surgery site well. It stays on and is comfortable. I highly recommend this product. Love the Optivizor. Our dog winnie had eye surgery last week and with having multiple dogs in our house this helps to protect her incision while it heals. It is also much better than having a cone on. Fits great and she doesn’t seem to be bothered wearing it. The vet and office staff were also impressed as they have not seen this before and thought it was great. We live in canada and ordered it from usa. Highly recommend it if you are looking for eye protection for your dog.

Living on a tiny island in the Caribbean where no horse products are available any purchases have to be made carefully. The sizing help I received was excellent. The response time phenomenal given time zone differences. The Recovery Visor is Everything I was lead to believe and had hoped for for my pony. The fit is perfect and I am over the moon with it to be honest. (I can tell my pony loves the freedom from a traditional hood too in our humid tropical environment).

Rooster has trouble with uveitis episodes, so this solar visor masks is perfect. He usually rubs masks off but he wears this one all the time. I like how it fits and happy the mask can fit over bridle as well. Excellent product.

First pic - before surgery. Second pic - after surgery. Soleil had to have entropion surgery on both eyes. Being a Mastiff, the cones get HUGE and the big dogs have trouble getting through the door! This has been a lifesaver. We “practiced” for a week before surgery, so she was ready once the day came that we needed to wear it. I shared my concerns about my greyhound's upcoming enucleation with a Facebook Greyhound owners group. Someone suggested this visor for her recovery period. It is so much more comfortable for her than the standard cone that would keep her from sleeping or eating comfortably. The veterinarian was so impressed with it (I handed it over with the caveat that they NOT lose it, and read the accompanying instructions for proper placement) that she took down the information for future surgeries.

Buster seems really happy with this mask because it’s not touching his eyes or lashes and it fits very nicely. Buster has very little vision and it seems to give him a bit of advanced warning with bumping into things. With the brim, it sheds rain nicely in the pop up summer showers that would create a unsee through solid mesh in our old mask. Overall I’d highly recommend this product

I love it! Cooper probably doesn’t care for it much because he can’t reach his hot spots, lol but that means it works. I love how it lets his ears breath to prevent from ear infections.
