I didn't think I'd be able to own a Swiss tourbillon anytime soon until I found Era, and a wandering hour on top of it, never. The quality is outstanding. Materials, fit, finish, everything is exactly what I hoped for. Customer service has been outstanding at every turn, answering every question very quickly and accurately, and believe me I had a lot. My experience was great and the watch amazing! No complaints.

It is a great piece and it is ticking fine with consistent accuracy. Even though it is adjusted faster at +/- 12 sec, for mine, I can place at "6" down position to slow it down overnight. So even after 1 week, it is within range set against my iPhone time. Workmanship (polishing) could improved further on the minute "rocket" hand, very slight rough edges. The stainless steel bracelet can be better polished to remove the burrs at the edge of the links. Overall, I love it.

I ordered two bands. The blue one had a hole missing right where it was my comfort spot. I took a photo of both bands to show the missing hole. ERA processed another strap with no questions asked. I had the replacement within a few days. In addition to the Prometheus I also own the Odyssey. Can't wait to see what's down the road on new products. ERA's customer service is top notch.

I want to personally Thank Michael for letting the regular Joe's to have in our possession a TourBillon but mostly an ERA TourBillon at an affordable price. Not only drop down Gorgeous & the genius of having the bands interchangeable without having to go to a Jeweler Genius. I have the ERA Tourbillon Titan Prometheus in Marine Blue and what I received recently the Brown Alligator band Awesome with a Capital A. The compliments are endless and the worth is Unlimited. Awesome watch but noticed the year is up to 2029 only. Means after 31 December 2029, the date goes back to 1 January 2020. Meaning I get to use the watch for 10 watch only and cannot pass on to the next generation as a heirloom.
