So my husband has this bag and has used it for over a year. His has help up really well. So after I had a baby and needed a different bag, smaller with conceal carry I ordered the same one but green. I have only used mine minimally for about 2 months. The phone pocket on the back is wearing out at the top. Excellent video presentations with great visuals. Great explanations of concepts. The multiple acronyms can be a tad overwhelming for those "not in the know". References to situations overseas or foreign countries might be better in a separate (or second step class on sit. awareness) course. Maybe more examples of common cues by criminals/perps. Overall still very informative.

There's always room for improvement even if you have lots of experience. In the videos Mr. Kennedy seems to be very humble despite obvious real world experience that is a big thing for me especially with virtual training. I really enjoyed it and shared it with several friends
