The personalized box was perfect for my mothers-day present. She loved the pictures of her grandkids and the personalized message with the light shining down when she opened it. The quality of the box and necklace were better than expected!

Have not given these to either one of my granddaughters yet and given it to them for their birthday 1 of a birthday 1 on June 16th and 1 on August 4th. I think they're beautiful and we'll see it will see how much they like them on those dates.

The cross is beautiful and what I chose to be engraved on the back is perfect. The chain can be altered for length and is a very nice quality, not a thin cheap chain that would easily break. I am truly amazed at the quality and craftsmanship, not to mention the quick delivery. I can't believe that I was able to get it online from a small business craftsman. And I am quite sure the price is much lower than I would pay for an item of similar quality and personalized features. It was a very beautiful necklace, when I gave it to her she did a speed read of the quote. I told her she couldn't read that fast then she opened an read it all. I could tell she was about to show her emotions and then she said thank you and walked away. Felt so cold hearted from her reaction. Guess she's just a cold hearted person but for some reason I STILL LOVE HER
