Bought to make a medieval cosplay wizards outfit for my 20 year old son. We also bought crushed velvet to go with it. The faux leather is for a wide, plaited, studded belt, gaiters and arm cuffs. The faux suede is for the leggings and decoration on the gown. Am starting this on Monday, as need to draw and cut the pattern. Will post pics when finished. But fabric is brilliant quality as usual from pound fabrics. Delivery was very quick. So, very satisfied.

Love this fabric it’s so easy to sew and doesn’t fray so no overlocking, only thing is You need to be careful of catching the threads on pins etc, great price too and I have a meter left !

Great quality. Soft, stretchy, but not a saggy type of stretch as it has a good elastic to it. Just right for making my husband some pants. The jersey is pound fabrics 4 way stretch and also excellent quality.

Pretty, unusual chiffon which is easy to wear. Hand sewn, used French seams to stop any fraying. Perfect for hot days and packs easily rolled up. Such a good price too.

Bought the white cotton jersey specifically to make shorts as part of skort making. A good quality sews up nicely. I've made a few pairs of cycling shorts to wear under dresses after buying some from a store and used them as a template. As I bought a bolt I have enough to make quite a few more and probably some tshirts.

Got this a while ago, great quality about to attempt to make a large size Dallas Duffel bag to use on my travels. Using this for the lining and the camouflage waterproof for the outer and the brown faux leather for the ends of the bag and straps...post when completed!

My friend wanted a top to go with the black trousers in the same fabric. It needed a boat neck and the frill on the sleeves. I used a couple of patterns and looked up how to do a boat neck and this is the result. Fits lovely and she wants more tops like this so another order will be coming your way soon PF.

I actually thought this fabric would be darker as in the picture on the site forgetting it said royal blue. The fabric sewed really well and washed easily. The outfit I bought it for was steampunk. Will definitely buy more fabric.

Lime cord dyed with dylon black also from PF. Binding was lovely quality. Tessuti eva dress hacked into a pinafore for the autumn. Didn,t know how the cord would dye, so bought extra, plus haven't made this dress before, so have 2m left to make some cropped trousers.

Still a work in progress but lovely to work with. Very bulky, I forgot that thick seams are not easy, I haven't sewn anything for such a long time. This gave me confidence to get back into it. The fleece should be very cosy come winter. I plan to make another in turquoise!

Fabric was/is a lot stiffer than I thought, but the coat has received complements, it has a mandarin collar and slits at the side it washes well too, ironing is another thing as my arms are weak but it still looks good (I think) have now cut out two more of the same style but in crepe, one for me and one for my friend.

This fabric was very easy to work with and, to my pleasant surprise, the finished top did not need ironing after being hand-washed and left to drip-dry. I folded the fabric crosswise before cuttting out, hence why the leaf pattern runs horizontally instead of vertically. The colours in the leaves are definitely more icy than pastel, by the way.

My new favourite fabric! So soft & comfy to wear and easy to sew. The navy version of this house dress/robe hasn’t been off my back since I made it. So here’s version 2 in light blue. Again, based on Style Arc ‘Eme’ dress pattern, omitting sleeve & hem facings and hem detailing. I’ve used up all my towelling now 🙁 PF - I’d love to see this bamboo towelling in some brighter colours - cerise, emerald, yellow, orange etc.

I’ve had the gorgeous fabric in my stash for quite a while waiting for the right project to show off the reversible pattern and this placket jumper was perfect. Washes and dries well but the layers do separate a little when you cut it but finishing the seams fixes it. Would buy in other colours for defo.

Purple brocade, silver satin, purple £1 fabric and purple lining all came together for a themed wedding. Simplicity pattern 8719 with adaptions. A steep learning curve, all the family relieved when it was finished! Lots of self doubt and swearing and some judicious safety pins at last minute 😂 The corset could easily have been a smaller size, note to self if ever there’s a next time.
