The fabric is lovely, a machine gathering foot would have made the collar frill easier and sewing button holes over thr fabric was difficult, I used washawsy stabiliser which helped.

I love this fabric, it's so pretty for summer. I made some trousers for my daughter. I've never sewn before, these were my first go, making my own pattern from a pair of trousers she already had. I still have plenty of fabric left, hoping to make a little shorts and blouse matching set!

Brilliant quality. I recovered the cushion of my garden swing. Just two metres was enough. Really great shade and very durable. Covered the top with PF's waterproof canvas - brilliant quality .

I made a pattern emporium rise and shine top. The fabric is lovely, a soft, cool cotton poplin which is slightly see though and will be perfect for summer. I can’t fault Pound Fabrics for quality and price.

Great quality fabric and the colour is gorgeous. I used it as a coordinating finish to the base of the cosmetic bag but I have plans to use it on other toiletry sets.

Absolutely love this fabric, makes lovely tops but my kaftans (use double thickness) are fantastic when it’s so hot. It’s ‘floaty’ drapes beautifully & washes & dries in minutes needing no ironing. What’s not to like??!!

My first time sewing double gauze so made a simple top. Lovely soft fabric which washes beautifully. Pressed lightly after prewashing and cut out one size larger than usual to allow for crinkly nature of fabric which worked well. Frays a lot but overlocker cured that. Unpicking is difficult as seams sink into the two layers of fabric. None of that would put me off sewing with double gauze again however, you just have too take a little more time and care.

Lovely fabric to work with, washed well. I love how it's cute without being too sickly, it's a nice change from unicorns. A great price as usual and I love when you get a wider fabric, it feels like a bonus. It's Simplicity 2377, a nice easy make.

Great value fabric. Bought this after reading other reviews. The price is unbeatable. Need something to keep the direct sun out in the summer but not take away the light. I prefer this to nylon netting. It might fade with the sun but it could be re-dyed if needed.

Great value viscose fabric. Soft with a nice thickness and drape. Will use for blouse or shirt as no polyester. Does crease but these come out with care. The actual colour is better than the picture.

Super soft and lovely to sew and wear. Now going to buy the pink and so much better than expected. Quite thick but not too much. Not as thick as sweatshirt more ponte roma thickness but with more stretch and drape. Surprisingly overlooked

Love this fabric and beautiful lime green but not too bright. Beautiful to sew and a great summer weight. Lovely and floaty with a drape and very was and wear with minimum to no ironing

I already had a mtr and made my friends Dil a beach bag I didn’t have enough for the handles. Then my friend asked for one and I needed another mtr. It’s was sold out on Pf website. I got in touch with them and they found another 5 mtrs. They emailed me with a link so I was able to get it immediately. This is the bag I made with some of the fabric. The remainder I shall make a smaller tote bag with. Such excellent service. I have been buying products from pf since they started.

Over the years I've spent a fortune on ready made nets. I saw this, spent £20, and have perfect privacy. All for much, much less than I normally spend on one window. I may have overdone the gathers a bit though 😀

There it is neatly folded and labelled ;) don’t forget I’m a complete novice so everything has to have a label. The fabric is quite heavy, very very stretchy and feels gorgeous. Not decided what to make yet. I’m not very quick, sorry. Think I’m addicted to Pound Fabrics. Can’t resist bargains and pretty fabrics - naughty naught PF for being so good

Beautiful fabric, colours are bright yet remain subtle. Reverse of the fabric is black but it does not affect the right side colour. Pre washed well. Making a maxi dress. Another beautiful fabric from Pound Fabrics.

This is my second purchase for this fabric. I used it as a net cover over my winter vegetables to keep the pigeons off! It can be washed and stored when not in use and I’m hoping it will be longer lasting than a gardening equivalent. I may find it useful in the summer as well.

Bought to make hubby PJs. Fabric is lovely and soft. I made them with the vertical stripe as hubby football team play in red and white stripes. The fabric had a long fabric fault but it hasn't stopped me making these or having enough for a vest top for myself. £2.50 mtr what's not to like. I bought 2 mtrs.

I love this PF viscose challis, it's a dream to sew with. It does fray a bit. I made the kimono with a belt so it can be worn with or without. Would highly recommend the fabric.

Love the fabric, it handled just as expected, cut edges curling. Used Maraflex thread which was perfect for the job. More of an autumn/ winter dress and I’m sure I’ll wear it a lot

I love these modal touch fabrics. So easy to sew and perfect for autumn to Spring. I've made this one up in a tunic with optional cowl, 2 looks in 1. Hoping there will be more designs in this fabric, I've made most of them up now.

Fabric a nice quality, draped well, was easy to sew with no fraying. It is thick enough for a spring/autumn/summer evening dress. I wasn't sure if it would be too thick for shirring, but has worked well

Lovely fabric to work with, my first time sewing with linen. Serged all open seams so not too much fraying. Lots of compliments on wearing this out last Friday. Excellent price for this linen too. I love pound fabrics.

My first time using premade stretch bias tape so it's no where near to perfect but a reasonable first attempt. Handy to have on hand. Dress fabric was also from Pound Fabrics a while ago which is gorgeous. Hopefully my niece will like!

I bought this as a blender for patchwork curtains. It is lovely and thick, seems good quality but when I pre-washed it I noticed faded lines where it had creased so not sure how it will hold up.

I do love a Rose & Hubble cotton fabric. I'm s always a nice quality and a good weight. It does crease a bit but just like most cottons. I have pre washed the fabric and it did bleed, so I would recommend doing this before making it up. This is for my daughter. Hopefully she'll be pleased with it...

Made some leggings for my twin grand daughters who will be 2 years old at the end of April, love the colours, fabric doesn’t fray too much, moved around bit more than cotton but is to be expected as it’s stretchy material

Lovely rich colour. Easy to sew, it doesn't have a mind of it's own so that's a relief. Paired with the green upholstery velvet and the two similar velvets for the scatters and back cushions. The sofa was covered by me with more pound fabrics. It has a slight stretch so it made my job easier. Still have to finish the black loose cover. In time it'll get done. Oh armcaps are the blue velvet too. Gave them a thin layer of wadding.

Lovely bright summery fabric that feels so light and cool. A little tricky at times to sew as it frays quite a bit, but otherwise great. Very happy with it.

The picture may not be very good for colour, it’s a dull green, which doesn’t sound very appealing but in real life it’s so nice for a suit jacket. Value excellent. Pound fabrics service excellent l recommend them to anyone looking for material.
