Another successful purchase and a bargain. I had 4 metres and planned to get 16 napkins but felt the size too small for such an expensive looking finish so made 14 in the end. Washed beautifully and have used the ones photographed a few times and boiled washed them without any issues. They do look expensive so my other (old sheet) napkins have been relegated to breakfast and these are definitely dinner quality. Thanks PF.

This fabric is absolutely gorgeous. Cuts and sews nicely. Shared a dried well. Not too stretchy but does do a tiny. It if fraying so just make sure you finish all your edges.

Love this fabric. I really like working with and wearing double gauze. It’s a lovely pistachio shade. I made this ‘sienna’ blouse , that’s been on my to do list for a while

Lovely fabric, easy to work with, made it into a baby sleeping bag wadded with PF bamboo wadding and lined with PF waffle cotton. I can confirm after numerous washes and accidental tumble dries it washes very well. The only thing is the pattern runs longitudinally so I was hoping for some leftover for another project but ended up with a long thin strip which I couldn't use instead, so order a bit more than you think you need.

The pictures really don't do this fabric justiceI I made a baby quilt/playmat for my little grandson. It's such a gorgeous fabric I used it on the back of the quilt too. It washes really well and is a dream to sew. This is all PF apart from the blue binding which was out of my stash.

Bought this material to make matching summer dresses for my daughter and 3 granddaughters. The material shirred beautifully, and was easy to work with. Also made matching nappy knickers for the youngest granddaughter and scrunchies to complete the outfits. Would highly recommend for any summer makes.

First time I have bought faux leather from Pound Fabrics, but it won’t be the last. Excellent quality fabric, and very easy to sew with. Only have a photo of the partially made bag, but my friend was very happy with the completed bag.

Toaster , cut out carefully around the fault ‘stripe’ in the fabric. Managed to jiggle the pattern pieces about. Second order of this fleece, simply wonderful. The second piece had a fault running the other way down the fabric , just need to play with the pattern pieces. 10/10 soft fleecy fabric.

Always a good shopping experience with Pound Fabrics. This rib knit is super soft and mid weight with good stretch should you need it. I made the TammyHandmade Gia Dress and am really pleased with how the fabric performed.

Made these shorts so far from this fabric, was to try out the pattern, but definitely wearable. Very sturdy robust fabric perfect for items of clothing that get a lot of wear and tear such as shorts, trousers, jackets. Have ordered more in a different colour to make more shorts or cut off trousers for the summer. Absolute bargain

Gorgeous fabric, soft with a lovely drape. I deconstructed a favourite top and reused the lace. A beautiful subtle print. ( so no one will notice I cut it out upside down! )

Bought to make a cosplay medieval wizards outfit for my 20 year old son. We bought the crushed velvet to go with purple drill as the big pleated addition to the front of the gown, plus the faux leather for a plaited, studded belt, gaiters and arm cuffs. The faux suede is for the leggings and decoration on the gown. Am starting this on Monday, as need to draw and cut the pattern. Will post pics when finished. But fabric is brilliant quality as usual from pound fabrics. Delivery was very qui...

Love this fabric! Wanted to make a relaxed look jacket as an alternative to denim. Thick enough to make it unlined Matched up the silver cotton canvas with the pound fabrics ethnic print binding and I'm very pleased with the end result. Fabric does fray so will need to overlock or zig zag

I took a punt on this fabric and I'm thrilled that I have done. Washed it and it did loose some green colour. But it as washed and dried really soft . I'm in the middle of sewing it up . Making a summer dress from a cotton and chalk pattern. It is a real bargain from pound fabrics . Fabulous seller with fabulous fabric.

This fabric is gorgeous. So soft and beautiful to sew with . Doesn’t have loads of stretch but I just love what I’ve made with it, which was the tilly and the buttons Freya dress for the top half and then blended it in to the sew over it molly dress for the bottom half. I made a size 7 for the top part and size 14 for the bottom. I’m normally a 14 in shop bought clothes.

I love this fabric. Currently using it to cover a lampshade (along with lilac poly cotton and some black chiffon - also purchased at Pound fabrics). Recommend cutting with pinking shears and doing felled seams as it’s a light weight and loosely woven so it will fray easily!

The fabric is good quality, better than ones I have bought elsewhere. It sews up very well. It is essential to wash the fabric before cutting out a garment, as it does shrink.

Great value, lovely to cut and sew, I always pre wash all my fabrics so they don’t shrink when I sew up my garment and this needs virtually no ironing

Lovely fabric to work with. It has a slight stretch but not sufficient to require walking foot or anything different to regular sewing. Fabric has nice drape and feels lovely to touch. Very happy with it.

Made a Sinclair hoodie for my hubby for Christmas. Lovely soft fabric with a little bit of drape, also used some in the teal for the hood lining that I had left over from a previous project as well as navy ribbing.

The project was a replacement pole bag to go with our caravan awning. I have seen this fabric before when making a dog coat. I knew it would be strong and waterproof so perfect for the job. Picked red as the large awning itself is in two red holdalls so they would be easy to spot in the garage. I also double layered the bottom for added strength. Picture not doing just but it made up exactly as I planned.....

Made this lovely onesie for a customer, turned out nice. Normally I only overlock seams once which gives a nice finish to the edges of the seams, with this particular material I did have to overlock the seams twice to create a nice smooth edge as the fabric does shed a little due to the slightly longer pile and bits were still visible on the overlocked edges. It does have some stretch, so also had to add elastic around the belly seam of this onesie as the fabric is so soft and didn't hold it sel...

Love this fabric, it's first time I've used stretch fabric as I'm new to dressmaking, it has around 30% stretch and recovers very well. It's really soft and silky to touch. Only downside there was a yellow stain all along the right selvage, however it didn't show through. Great over all and well worth the money !!

Lovely fabric, quite a heavy feel and very stretchy. I found using a stretch needle and walking foot really helped. All my cuffs, necklines etc I did with a twin needle. Delivery was two days so cannot fault that. Thank you.

Lovely fabric to sew with, frays a bit ,but always overlock. Tried to pattern match, but near impossible with the curves down the front, but managed to a bit. Very pleased with dress ,that shall wear when I go on holiday for African Safari. All cotton so should keep me cool.
