I’ve been purchasing the jalapeno flakes for 2 years now and was incredibly disappointed in the latest batch. These are now more of a crushed consistency similar to crushed red pepper. Customer service quickly responded to my concern stating others had complained because they couldn’t use the shaker “que eyeroll”. Well, unfortunately I was unable to test/taste this particular item I received from Sonoran Spices as to a fault of my own!! In the attempt of opening seal with a knife I broke the actual bottle. So ended up ordering another bottle straight from Sting n Linger and it is a fantastic sauce!!
