To be honest, I don't use this for food, as its way too hot. But it is a great deterrent for deer and other mammals that partake of my flower gardens!
I mix it with an egg-based solution and spray it on my gardens. So far it works great! Just be careful not to spray it during windy days, if it gets in your eye, its a really bad scene. I reapply after rains.

The smell and the flavor are great, I mix this with the green serrano powder and use alongside side other spices for a base mix for many dishes. I also use the two as a topping for popcorn, there is initial coughing as the body adjusts but man it is sooooo good.

If you like heat, this is wonderful. You don't have to grind them at home and have the stuff go into your eyes or lungs. It brings the heat without changing the flavour of your food. I have been using this product ever since it came out. I also have friends that like the heat, so when I introduced them to the Carolina Reaper, they decided to buy their own.
