I purchased this frame as a gift for my daughter and prior to giving it to her I wanted to load some special images and videos. The instructions in the box don't quite match up with what you have to do, so some helpful hints. AND you do need a computer to load images and videos. It won't load from a phone or tablet.
My mistakes.....
1). Initially I tried to use my MacBook USB-C to USB-C.... WRONG!! You must use USB-C to USB that is supplied otherwise the frame won't talk to the computer....
