The mood plush is amazing and costumer service is 9/10 . My only concern was that it was very unorganised especially with shipping , my order took more then a month to get here. However once I got in touch with costumer service only took another week delay

Its all okay, the fluffy is so soft! The only thing I did not like was the time I had to wait. I waited like 2 months (not kidding), and I wish it hadnt taken so long. Also is a little bit exppensive, I found it at the price of 2 euros on Ebay and Aliexpress. As for the rest, I am happy with purchase.

The plushies themselves are of good quality, but they obliviently lied about the time it would take to ship. Even taking into account it can take longer due to the pandemic. I'd rather be told I'll have my parcel within 4/6 weeks instead of 1/2 and then be told after an email that it would be just one more week.

such a great purchase, however, completed disappointed with the time it took to get here. I waited a full month for it to arrive. its a great item, great material, really durable but if you're planning on giving one as a Christmas present or birthday gift I recommend buying it 6 weeks in advance.
